This is a very simple hack, not aimbot, wallhack or something else, its just a black PunkBuster Screenshot.
With this you can use your hacks even in servers, that have Killcams, no one can see that you are cheating, because everytime some one wants to see if you are cheating, it comes a black screen shoot …oh ohh and this is for admin to, not only users.

Instructions:

1. Inject PBSS.dll into Call of Duty 4 while its running (before or after you join a server).
2. Thats all your PBSS will now all be black and your free to hack away.

PS: This should work with all PunkBuster supported games
